Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, and other sealed collectible products cannot be returned once their original packaging or factory seal has been opened, removed, or altered.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately at contact@homevenue.com if your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or unsealed trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, or collectible products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you purchased. After the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at contact@homevenue.com.
